You can do mouseover healing and still retain your original target- so you can, for example, keep the boss targetted to know when its health hits phase-change amounts, or keep the understudies targetted on Razuvious while healing the raid… the list goes on. Unitframes disabled Party/Raid frames do not show when in party #28. I'm sorry m8, but when I disable the ElvUI Unit Frames, the default Blizzard frames are visible, even with ElvUI Enhanced loaded.
